A new release of the Supplier API goes live every six months. In this article we describe the contents of this main release.

The new main release went live on 9 May. For each module, we describe which functions are available to ERP suppliers with, if available, a link to the functional operation in Floriday as a reference, for each function. The software overview shows the most important functions that software suppliers (will) support.

Direct sales - Floriday Price groups

  • Retrieve, create, update and delete basic catalogue prices and retrieve catalogue supply and continuous stock (available/unavailable). With this, basic catalogue prices and continuous stock can be managed in the ERP, which allows the price group functionality of Floriday to be used.

  • Retrieve, create, update and delete basic batch prices and retrieve batch offers. This allows basic batch prices to be entered into the ERP, which allows Floriday's price group functionality to be used.

Notifications

  • Activate and deactivate push events to the ERP for sales orders, batches and deliveries. For real-time data exchange, the ERP is immediately alerted to an 'event' such as a new sales order, which can then be retrieved and displayed immediately.

Florecom messages

  • Deactivation of sending Floriday order/order response messages to ERP. To avoid duplicate sales orders (Florcom and API) in the ERP, when transferring users to the Floriday API, the ERP can disable the sending of the Florcom order/order response messages from Floriday.

Insights auction prices

  • Retrieve average auction prices per day for each VBN product code auctioned by the grower. An Insights subscription is required.
