Main release 2021.2 Supplier API

Every six months a new release of the Supplier API is put live. In this article we describe the content of this main release.

The new main release went live on 13 August. For each module we describe which functions are available to ERP suppliers, with for each function a link to its functional operation in Floriday as a reference. In the software overview https://www.floriday.io/en/software-suppliers you can see what the most important functions are that software suppliers (will) support.

Direct sales - Pricegroups - Batch prices

  • Get, create, update and delete base catalog prices and get catalog supply and 'continuous' stock availability. With these functions base catalog prices can be managed in the ERP, with which the pricegroup functionality of Floriday can be used.

Notifications

  • Activate and deactivate push events to ERP, starting with sales orders. For real-item data exchange, the ERP is notified for an event like a new sales order, which can be retreived immediatly. New events will be added for deliveries and batches.

Florecom berichten

  • Deactivate sending Florecom order/orderresponse messages from Floriday to ERP. To prevent double sales orders (Florecom and API) in the ERP when migrating users the ERP to the Floriday API, the ERP can deactivate sending Florecom order/orderresponse messages from Floriday.
