Selling through a sales organisation

If you work with multiple administration numbers or sell products from multiple administration numbers under one sales organisation, you can register with Floriday as a sales organisation. Please contact our support to make this possible: support@floriday.io. Together we will set it up so that you can offer your products to buyers via a single, main administration number. And determine whether you want to offer the articles via one joint set of delivery conditions or whether you want to use the delivery conditions of the individual suppliers.

The sales organisation is showcased through My shop in Floriday. Here, as a buyer, you can select a delivery location and a delivery time at the top of the screen. Different collections are also shown in the shop which features items and their related offerings. The shop already displays the range of items offered through the chosen sales organisation. So as a buyer, you don't see which underlying growers this is from, because it represents all supply in one shop.

In the shop, the selected collections are prominent. Besides the collections chosen, a tile is also visible to see 'All items'. This is something the buyer can opt for if you don't want to buy by collection. The shopping cart groups the items ordered according to the associated delivery conditions. This way, buyers can easily order a combination of items that was not possible before.

Orders placed in the Shop and Explorer of the sales organization are subject to the desired delivery conditions as configured. You can choose a single set of delivery conditions for the entire product range, or you can configure specific delivery terms for one or more administration numbers. The shopping cart groups the ordered items based on their associated delivery conditions.

In the Shop and Explorer, the underlying administration number is not visible. We show the sales organisation on the offer. When an order is placed by a customer, the corresponding letter does show the number. Settlement of the order takes place through the relevant grower, hence this information is shown here.

If you have been given the option for one main sales organisation in Floriday, all underlying administration numbers have the option in the Catalog to choose on behalf of which sales organisation you sell the products.

You can add items in the Catalog as usual. If your organisation is part of a sales organisation, an additional step has been added, namely Sales organisation.

You can select multiple trade items at once and indicate that you want to sell them through a sales organization. Select the desired items and click Set up sales organization via Quick actions. Configure this for all selected items simultaneously:

Are you going to sell from a single sales organization? Then inform your buyers that they should retrieve the supply from the correct grower number. By sharing the URL or QR code, you can direct them to your supply and allow them to bookmark your shop so they can quickly find it again.

If no supply is being offered from the various grower numbers (subnumbers), choose to deactivate the shop for the subnumbers. This way, buyers won't end up in an empty store.
