Informing your buyers can be done in different ways:
Send your personalised URL of the Explorer search results
Buyers can use the Explorer to easily search through the items and supply of all growers on Floriday. It is possible to work with filters here. So they can also filter by a particular grower. The unique URL to these results can also be found in Floriday. By referring to this page in your own communication, buyers will immediately see your items in the Explorer.
Go to My Store > Marketing.
Here you can copy the unique link, share it or generate a QR code that you can use for offline communication.
Invite buyers via My Shop
Through Floriday you can also invite buyers to visit your online shop.
Go to My Shop > Marketing.
At the bottom right of the page you can see the invitations that have already been sent. By clicking on the New Invitation button, you can send a buyer an invitation.
Send your personal My Shop URL
On that same marketing page, you'll find the unique URL to your shop on Floriday. It is possible to request a personalized URL.
You can copy this URL and send it to the buyer in any way you want. For offline use, it is handy to download the QR code. By sharing the URL you can get more customers in your network.
Place a button with your shop in your email signature
Save the buttons below on your desktop.
Go to your e-mail program and select the (e-mail) signature section.
Then edit an existing email signature, or create a new email signature.
Add the button as an image. Then right click on the button and select 'link' or 'insert hyperlink'.
Place here the link of your offer from Floriday. You can find this link in your store under the tab 'Marketing'. Copy the link and paste it on the spot of the link or hyperlink. Save the email signature.
Send a test email to yourself to see what the email signature including the button looks like. Also test if the link works.
Place a button to your shop on the website
Similar to placing the button in the email signature, you can also place it on the website.
Go to your CMS (management system) of your website and log in.
Select a page you want to edit and place the button via image placement.
Select the button with a right mouse click and select 'link' or 'insert hyperlink'. Or use the button with the hyphen. If your CMS system works in a different way, you can check with your own webhost.
Place here the link of your offer from Floriday. You can find this link in your store at the tab 'Marketing'. Copy the link and paste it on the spot of the link or hyperlink. Save the webpage.
View the page as soon as it's live. Also test if the link works.
Send your buyers an e-mail
The text below can be used as email to buyers you do business with.
Share an article link
Every trade item in the catalog can be shared by means of a unique link.
Go to the catalog, click on the three dots and click on Share Trade item.
Copy the link and share the URL via your preferred medium.
Share a unique offer
When you have created an offer for a buyer, you can share it using the unique link.
Go to Direct sales > Offer and click on the three dots.
Copy the link or download the QR code and share it via your preferred medium.
