This page provides step by step instructions on how to move lots to another warehouse. This could be an external warehouse or another location belonging to the grower.

Want to move a lot to an external warehouse? Then make sure you have access to this location. Find out how to do this here.

Create a lot that you want to move to an (external) warehouse at the location where this lot is physically available.

Not familiar with this yet? Then read how to do this here.

After creating the lot, you can move it to another warehouse or an external warehouse. In this example, we are moving the lot to an external warehouse.

Select the lots you want to move. A green bar will appear at the bottom. Select the Create delivery order option and then select Transfer.

The delivery order for transfer to the external warehouse will be created. Under the heading Delivery information, you can select the appropriate delivery location to which you want to move the lots and set the required delivery time.

Under Trade items, you can enter the number of containers you want to move.

Once all the information has been entered correctly, click Save. You can then fulfil the delivery order logistically.

Read how to fulfil an order request here.

If you then go back to Supply > Stock, you will see the location added to External stock.

Click on the warehouse you moved the lot to. Here you will see the lots you created for that warehouse. The status of the delivery order is shown here. If you see a grey-coloured truck icon here, it means the delivery order is still in transit.

Once the lots are reported as received by the warehouse owner, it will turn into a green truck with a tick.
