Daytrade settings
When you start using Floriday Daytrade for the first time, it is important to correctly configure the settings for the RFH hub(s) and delivery time(s).
By clicking on the gear icon on the right, you can set the distribution times for the RFH hubs. Here, you can indicate which hubs you want to supply to and when.
For the distribution times, you set the latest possible purchase time for the garden and when deliveries will be made to the RFH Hub. Make sure you enter this correctly.
When multiple RFH hubs are possible for Daytrade, you can set it up so that prices are entered for one location and the other locations follow that price.
Difference from regular Daytrade
The difference between Daytrade from garden (without auctioning) and regular Daytrade is that with Daytrade from garden, you do not use storage at the RFH hub and do not have supply auctioned via the clock. With Daytrade from garden, you put supply online that can be purchased, and ultimately you only transport the purchased batches to the RFH Hub, while Logistics takes care of further distribution to the buyer.
Offering batches in Daytrade
Creating and offering batches works in the same way as with regular Daytrade. To do this, follow steps 1 through 5 on the page How Floriday Daytrade works.
After offering the batches, you will receive orders on your supply throughout the day. In the From garden screen, you can see how much of a specific batch has been sold.
Do you want to draw buyers' attention to the trade items available on Daytrade? At the top, you will find the share button for your supply, which allows you to copy a URL link or QR code to send. This directs them to your specific Daytrade supply. You can share this link via WhatsApp or email, for example.
From the From garden screen, you can adjust the stock or prices of your offered batches throughout the day. Additionally, you can mark the batch as sold out if sales are faster than expected or when you want to process and deliver the orders.
Handling deliveries and load carrier assembly
You can process the deliveries at the final order moment. You will find the deliveries under Fulfillment > Fulfillment order. Click on the orderline to complete the delivery. You will also find a task on the dashboard to process the Daytrade delivery(s).
You can print the QR stickers via the three dots at the top.
To enable order picking, these must be present on the right side of every fust/item (viewed from the side of the load carrier with the triangle on the left side). Therefore, all stickers must be visually visible from one side.

Vervolgens handel je de levering af, zoals je dat gewend bent.
After saving and submitting the delivery, you can print the delivery form. For Daytrade, this is an SSCC label. This is similar to a Floriday delivery note, but features a large barcode for scanning. For multiple parties, these are marked with a separate letter on the delivery note.
