On this page we explain step by step how it works:
Enable or disable trade settings for buyers yourself
Go to Network > Network > Trade settings. You see an overview of all trading settings and functions. For each function there is a slider which you can use to activate or deactivate the function. This setting can be set for all buyers with the slider. Don't want to do that? Then you can also make an exception per buyer or for a group of your buyers.
Make exceptions for specific buyers
Go to Network > Network > Trade settings. You see an overview of all trading settings and functions. For each function there is a slider which you can use to activate or deactivate the function for all buyers.
Select the exceptions button after the setting or function. You will get to a screen where you can add (or remove) buyers. To do this, press the edit organisations button.
You see all buyers active on Floriday. You can use the search bar at the top of the screen to search within these buyers and filter by name, channel (FloraXchange) and whether they are already a connection and therefore in your network. You can select buyers by clicking on the name of the buyer or on the plus (+). Selected buyers appear on the right in the 'Selected Organisations' box. Then click on confirm.
Tip: create a customer tag. Before you press confirm, you can also save your full selection of buyers 'as a tag' under your own name. This is useful if you want to make more exceptions for othertrading settings.. Read more about creating and using customer tags in this article.
You will see an overview of all the selected buyers for whom you create an exception . Is there a buyer among them to whom the exception does not apply? You can still change this by setting the green slider to inactive or by removing the buyer from the list by clicking on the three dots behind the buyer and removing them. When you are finished press 'save'.
View trade settings of buyers in your network
Go to Network > Network > Customers in your network. You will now see an overview of all your buyers in your network. You can see which trade settings are currently active for each buyer.
Click on the buyer's line. The customer card opens. In addition to the general organisation data on the left, an overview of all trade settings is displayed on the right. For each setting, you can see whether it is activated (active / inactive). In Floriday it is possible to set general trade settings and settings around functionalities.
