In Floriday, it is possible to add stickers in the Additional services section. Buyers can then add this additional service to an order, and the cost of the stickers will be charged accordingly. As a grower, you will receive a notification via your dashboard whenever a buyer includes an order for stickers. Additionally, an icon representing a sticker will appear on the corresponding line within your sales order overview.
Go to the Catalog and click on Additional services.
Click on Create and choose Stickers.
Fill in the fields and then click Save. If you do not wish to charge the buyer for the stickers, you can leave the price set at €0.00. Otherwise, select the price you would like to charge per sticker.
Under Type, you can indicate what kind of sticker it is:
Enter the height and width of the sticker and specify whether the sticker option in question is standard (i.e., available for all your buyers to choose) or customer-specific. If you choose Customer specific service, you will then select which buyer(s) this sticker option should be made available to.
Finally, you can specify whether these stickers apply to one of your warehouse locations or to multiple stock locations.
Additionally, the Default option allows you to designate a label to be automatically selected, for instance, if a buyer specifies that they require a container label or a pot label. This relates to the sticker Type. For each type, you can assign one specific sticker as the default option.
Once you have saved the stickers, a buyer can add them to an order as a additional service. Buyers can then select the stickers when placing their order.
Trade settings
Do you work with stickers? This can be managed through Trade settings by the Administrator (main user) in Floriday. Go to Network > Network > Trade settings and set this up for your organisation.
Please note!
If you have not set up stickers as an additional service, but you indicate within a price group or an offer that the application of stickers is included, a buyer will assume that this service is already covered by the trade item's price. We recommend adding stickers as an additional service, which allows these costs to be charged separately.
