This page explains how to create a clock EAB in Floriday.

In the menu on the left, go to Fulfillment > Delivery orders. Click on the tab Delivery forms to see an overview of created clock EAB's as well as the total amount of orders and load carriers for the current period.

You may change the period on the left hand side and can filter on auction location and document reference. followed by Create delivery form.

Click on Create delivery form to continue.

Select the appropriate Shipping Location, Auction Location, Auction Group, and Auction Date.

Auction groups

If you’ve filled in auction groups before, you will see these as suggestions beneath your auction groups. This means you don't have to keep searching for the auction group, but simply click on the suggestion to add it.

Decide if you are going to auction a single lot (1P), a large lot (GP) or mixed lot (MP), and select the appropriate option. Then add the trade items you want to auction.

Single lot

If you want to auction a single lot on a single load carrier, choose 1P.

Large lot

If you want to auction a large lot (two or more load carriers), choose GP.

Mixed lot

If you want to auction a mixed lot on one load carrier, choose MP.

Then choose the item(s) you want to auction by looking up the item in the search bar or via the catalogue icon (right).

When you have selected an item, the following screen appears.

Photos

On the left-hand side, you can see the photo used by default with the article. Use the 3 dots or the two icons below the photo to change the product photo or detail photo.

Characteristics or variants

Here you can change the characteristics of the article or choose a variant (You can choose characteristics or variants via the three dots at the top right behind your name Settings > Preferences > Display variants).

Next to the properties, click the '+' icon to add a property. Below the properties, you can enter the positive and/or negative verification codes.

Load carrier, number of packages and load

Next to the characteristics, you see the load carrier set in the catalogue. Next to the load carrier, you can enter the number of extra layers per carrier.

Below that, you enter the number of packages. You can also change the number of pieces per package and the load.

The percentage displayed indicates how full your load carrier is.

This is only an indication for yourself and is based on the completed load of your article in the Catalogue.

Clock presale

You can optionally enter a clock presale price in the auction letter. This is optional and can also be set after creating a letter via Supply > Clock > Clock presale. Here you can also set preset clock presale prices and the percentage of clock presale via the three dots.

Would you rather enter the price at the time of creating the auction letter? Then remove the preset prices in the Clock presale screen via the three dots > Preset prices.

Minimum price for clock entry

When completing the clock letter, fill in the Minimum Price field. The individual minimum price is the price you set as grower per lot/article. With a minimum price, you determine the lowest price you will still accept for your product. Here you can take your cost price into account. If the clock price falls below this price, the batch/product will be sold on.

Print & send

Once you have finished the letter, you have a number of options:

After you have created all your letters, you can view and print all your letters via Fulfillment > Delivery orders > Clock delivery forms.

You have now created an delivery form in Floriday. The letter has been sent and you can send off the load carrier. The letter can now be found at Fulfillment > Delivery orders > Clock delivery forms. Did something go wrong when creating the letter? Then you can correct or cancel it.

In Preferences (via the three dots at the top right behind your name Settings > Preferences), you also have several options to set your clock delivery preferences:

As soon as you turn on these extra features in the preferences, they also appear on the screen.
