In Floriday you can use collections and tags to create a better overview and work faster. Collections are for whole groups of items, while you use tags for smaller groups of items or customers.

Collections give you the possibility to divide the articles in your catalogue into article groups. For example, you can divide collections into seasonal products (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter), but also into the different species that you carry.

By dividing your items into collections, you can quickly filter the items into a collection and make your shop even more attractive to your customers. When your customers look in your shop, they will see a nice overview of your collections.

Tags lets you attach labels to items or customers. With one click you can then add a group of articles or customers to contracts, deliveries and special offers, for example.

For example, if you often use the same group of items for auction, you can attach a Tag to those items. The next time you make a clock delivery, just click on that tag to instantly add all those items to your delivery.

This also applies to a group of customers that you use frequently when creating offers. If you attach a tag to these customers, all you have to do is click on the tag to attach them directly to the offer. You won't have to look them up every time.
