It may occur that you have created a delivery in Floriday and want to process it, but ultimately find that you still want to adjust something. When processing a delivery, it is now also possible to correct logistic supplies in Floriday. You can indicate directly through this correction request which load carrier will be cancelled and, for example, adjust the shelves by note. You can do this up to 90 days in the past.
Correcting logistical means
Go to the menu on the left and click Fulfillment > Fulfillment orders > Fulfilled orders. Then, select the delivery you want to correct and click the "Correct Delivery" button.
Please note that this only corrects the type of load carrier, number of shelves, or number of packages being processed. If you actually want to credit some of the packages, you will also need to submit a correction request in the Sales Order overview. Learn how to correct this via the Sales Order overview here.

Corrections to load carriers and additional shelves
You can now adjust the load carrier type and, if necessary, the number of shelves.
The number of layers is now automatically set to 0 if you select No load carrier during a logistics adjustment. You cannot calculate only shelves without a load carrier.
After making changes, you can click on Send correction at the top right.

Corrections to quantities in a delivery
On the right side, you can adjust the number of packages downwards or delete the entire line from the order. Click the trash can on the relevant batch to delete the line or adjust the quantity.
Then click Send correction. This will then be automatically forwarded and processed by Royal FloraHolland's systems.
Please note!
If the number of packages is reduced, an outstanding balance will be created for part of the delivery. If the delivery has already been financially processed, a partial credit will be issued. This will still create an outstanding delivery for the reduced packages.
If you actually want to adjust the number of packages in the order itself because fewer were ultimately delivered, you will also need to correct this via the Sales order overview. This will ensure that the number of packages and the total settlement of the order are correct.
