Changing a company name / trade name /legal form of your company (for example from BV to VOF) or changing the business address, the Chamber of Commerce or VAT number cannot be done via Floriday or MyRFH. These changes must be forwarded to the Customer Contact Center. The colleagues at the Customer Contact Center will then handle this for you! They can be reached by telephone on 0031 88 7 89 89 89.
What should I do in the event of a company termination?
If you cancel your organisationnumber at RFH, your Floriday account will also automatically expire (if the number is no longer known to Floricode).
We advise you to empty the Floriday account by removing articles, removing any offers and setting your public page to hidden (via Network > Marketing > Disable public profile). See here what steps you can take to clean up your Floriday account. If desired, support can remove you as a user from your Floriday environment.
Please note!
After ending your activities as a company, you might want to have access to Floriday for the rest of the year to be able to have insight to your sold orders or to be able to file a NAT-statement.
