As long as you have a supplier number at Royal FloraHolland or at Veiling Rhein Maas or Plantion, you can use the Floriday platform. Do you want to quit as a supplier? Then you will initially have to arrange this with the auction itself. Eventually, the Floriday environment will also be closed. But it can sometimes take a while before this is completely arranged.
Is your company being transferred to a different owner or are you closing your company? Then you can perform the following actions in Floriday to ensure that you inform buyers about this change and ensure that buyers no longer see your assortment or supply:
Post a timeline message (status update)
You can inform buyers in your network via a timeline message. Go to your Dashboard and click on the megaphone icon at the bottom to post a timeline message.
Post a new timeline update with the information you want to share with the buyers in your Network. You can also add an image, a link or a video.
Click on the button Post to place this timeline message on the dashboard of your buyers.
Please note!
Buyers can indicate which messages they do or do not want to be shown on their timeline in Floriday. It is therefore not certain that all your buyers will see this message, but some will see it. You can also use other forms of communication (email, Facebook, etc.) to announce the termination of your company.
Remove items or make them invisible
Go to your Catalog and make sure that you show your items in the list view:
Check the box for Trade item to select all items. If you have both regular and customer-specific items, you will have to perform this action for both the regular and customer-specific items.
In the yellow bar that appears at the bottom, select Delete items.
The articles have now been permanently deleted.
Close public profile page
Go to Network > Marketing in the left menu.
Check the box for Disable Public Profile and click Save.
Buyers will no longer have access to your grower page and will no longer be able to send connection requests.
