Floriday Start portal

The Floriday Start portal is the central place where you can manage your own details and those of your colleagues (if you are an Administrator). You can also use the Start portal if you want to change your password. Additionally, you have access to the linked apps you have access to.

You can view and edit your own data via My Account. To view or modify this, click on the My Account button.

Next, 3 tabs are visible: Personal details, Change password, and My organizations.

We advise you to make your Profile information public. This way, potential customers can see the contact details, but you and your colleagues can also see within the platform itself who performed which action or who handled a delivery, for example.

Make sure you set a secure password for Floriday. Never share it with third parties. Do you want to change your password? You can do so via the Change Password tab.

Under My organizations, you can see which organizations you have access to, how many apps are linked to them, and what permissions you have (Administrator rights or not).

Are you an Administrator in one or more Floriday administration numbers? Then you can also manage the users via the Start portal. To do this, click the Users button.

Next, you will see a list of users. Using the buttons at the top, you can invite a new or existing user to one of the Floriday environments, provided you are an Administrator of that environment.

By clicking on a user, you can see which organization the user has access to (and optionally whether the user is also an Administrator).

Is a user an Administrator? Then you cannot edit permissions for these users. However, you can adjust access to Apps.

Is a user a regular user? Then you can specify per component which permissions should apply to a specific Floriday administration number.

Under Portals, you can see which Floriday environment you have access to: the grower side of Floriday, the buyer side of Floriday, and/or the Floriday Messenger.

By clicking the button, you log in directly to the relevant environment.

Under the Portals, you will find the Apps to which you have access. By clicking on them, you will be taken directly to the (RFH) app itself.
