Once your shop is activated, various statistics are tracked. These are displayed on a separate page. This Statistics page clearly shows how often the shop is visited and by which buyers. It also shows when buyers visit your shop. You can, for example, anticipate on this by sending a special offer just before a buyer typically visits your shop.
Please note!
A new version of the Statistics page has recently been released. If you still have the old version of Statistics and would like to have it converted, please contact our support team at +31 (0)174-352070. They can make the necessary changes for you.
This page explains the various components of the Statistics page:
Transactions
At the top of the statistics page, you can see how many shop visits and transactions there have been and how this compares to previous weeks. You can also see whether transactions and revenue have increased or decreased compared to the previous week.
Shop visits
In the Shop visits, you can see which buyers have visited your shop and how often. If your shop was visited when you didn't have any supply for that buyer, you'll see this listed under Empty Shop. This is also indicated in the visit times with an orange checkbox. Try to avoid buyers ending up in an empty store. You can specify your shops opening hours via the Marketing tab. This way, buyers know when they can expect supply.
At the end of the line, you'll see two icons: a flag and a bell. The dark flag indicates that the buyer has saved your shop as a favorite. This makes it easy for them to visit your shop again. Buyers can also request a notification when you post new supply. The bell with a checkmark indicates this.
Visit Times per Day
The overview of visiting times per day shows you at what times visitors arrive in your store.
If your visitors encounter an empty shop, this will be indicated with an orange box. Below the Shop visits on the left, you'll see which visitors experienced this. These might be potential visitors you'd like to include in a price group so they can see supply the next time.
Popular trade items and collections
The statistics overview also shows your top 5 most popular items, categorized by display and revenue through the shop and display and revenue through the Explorer. You'll also see how often your collections have been viewed.
This overview can give you an insight into which products or collections may require a little more attention and could perhaps be highlighted through a timeline update.
Market insights
At the bottom of the Statistics page, you'll see Market insights:
Here you can see the origin of your shops visitors. Unfortunately, not every buyer has yet indicated their market segment or country of operation, as high percentages are currently still listed under "Other." However, it does provide an idea of which sales market is attractive for your products.
