The 2 most frequently asked questions by buyers are: βDo you have any?β and 'Where is it?'. Floriday facilitates to provide insight into where the fulfilled orders are in the process. The Logistics section of a buyer displays fulfilled orders including Track & Trace information from the relevant transporter. You can also offer the buyer this insight.
The orders you bring to the RFH location and/or buyer using your own transport can also be provided with Track & Trace information by scanning the delivery notes. You can do this easily via the Floriday screens using your mobile phone.
On this page you will find a step-by-step explanation:
Transport
Once a fulfillment order has been created and completed, the delivery note is ready and can be attached on the load carrier. It can then be scanned. To do this, go to app.floriday.io on your phone and log in. Then use the menu to go to Fulfillment > Fulfillment orders > Transport.
Tip!
Add this item as a shortcut on your phone's home screen. This way you can quickly and easily get straight to the right screen. Read how to do it for Apple here.
Loading
We will first scan a delivery form from a load carrier that will be loaded into the truck.
Go to Fulfillment> Fulfillment orders > Transport. Here you can easily scan the delivery note by clicking on the icon with the barcode at the bottom.
You can now scan the delivery notes of the orders. You can now scan the barcode on the letter. You can scan several delivery notes directly, which will all appear under Scans. When you have scanned all the notes, click Load.
Please note!
You may still need to give your browser permission to use the camera. If a pop-up for this appears, click Allow.
You'll then see all the delivery notes you scanned. If everything is correct, choose a scan and select the Load one note button at the bottom.
You can also change the loading location before loading. The load carrier may be loaded in a different location than indicated on the letter. If this is the case, you can select a different location. This must be a location known by the administration number.
Click Change Location and add the correct location. For example, if you are loading the load carrier on a distribution floor, scan the barcode at the location itself using the Scan Location Barcode button.
After loading one or more load carriers, the screen displays which orders are in the truck:
Unload
The load carriers you have loaded can be found under Fulfillment> Fulfillment orders > Transport. From this overview, you can also unload the load carriers once you are on location. You can do this in two ways.
You can select the delivery in the Transport overview and then select Unload using the three dots. You can also click the barcode icon and scan the letter's barcode again. Then select Unload.
You will again see the overview of the delivery notes you want to unload. Here you have the option to change the unloading location. If you want to change this because you are at a distribution floor, for example, you can scan barcode on the signs hanging by the docks to select the correct unloading location. Choose Scan location barcode and scan the barcode on the sign. Then choose Unload one letter.
Is the unloading location correct? Then select Unload one note to confirm unloading.
Tip!
If you often visit the same location, you can also mark it as a favourite using the star. When you do this, it remains in the overview. The next time you unload load carriers, you can choose this location directly.
When the load carriers are unloaded, the overview under Transport is empty again.
Give a colleague access to Floriday
If you have a chauffeur who transports your goods and who will make the scans, you can give them access to the Transport section on Floriday. Go to Settings > Organization and choose Colleagues & Use on the left side. If this person doesn't have an account on Floriday yet, you can invite them first. You do this via Invite colleague (only an Administrator can invite colleagues).
Do you want this colleague to only have access to the Transport section? Then you can set this using the permissions. In the permissions, go to the Fulfillment section and make sure that only the option Track & trace scans is on.
You also have the option of setting the colleague's home page. This way, he is immediately on the Transport page when he logs in. Do this by clicking on the three dots next to the colleague and select Set default landing page.
The overview
The statuses of deliveries can be found under Fulfillment > Fulfillment orders > Fulfilled orders. A delivery can have the status that it is pending (box is grey) or that it has been delivered (box is green).
To view the progress, open the order. Here you can see the different scan moments that have taken place during the delivery.
