Floriday is continually developing enhancements to existing functionalities or new possibilities. The number of options is expanding, and this calls for an explanation. You’ll find the answer to a whole host of questions in the Floriday Helpcenter. If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, you can always call our support department.
How can I use the Helpcenter?
There’s a question mark (?) at the top of every page in Floriday. Clicking on this will take you to an overview of articles concerning the page in question. This means you can easily work things out if you get stuck.
It’s also possible to enter a search term using the chat functionality. As soon as you’ve done so, you’ll see an overview of all related articles. If you’d prefer to search for the answer in the Helpcenter, you can go to the three dots at the top right in the platform, or directly to the Helpcenter.
The Helpcenter is arranged based on the various sections. With each section, we first have a ‘Getting started with...’ article drawn up to explain the basics of that section and to provide an overview. There are subsequently various set-by-step explanatory pages. The Helpcenter contains the following sections:

Catalog – Manage your articles and corresponding data.
Clock – Create clock deliveries and fill the clock presales.
Direct sales – Sell your products directly to buyers.

In addition you can look back at workshops or sign up for liver webinars, and interesting articles on current topics and questions are posted regularly.
