As a grower, do you have one or more warehouses? Then it is important that you specify this via MyRFH. Floriday only works with the warehouses that you have registered this way. Below you can read how to do so.

On this page, we discuss the following items:

Add an external warehouse

The locations you bought/rented that are located outside a Royal FloraHolland site in Aalsmeer, Honselersdijk, Rijnsburg or Eelde can be added through the MyRFH environment. For a new external location, Royal FloraHolland will request a new GLN code from Floricode.

You can add an external warehouse by logging in to the Royal Floraholland website. As soon as you are logged in, click on My Profile followed by Company details.

The Company Details page now opens in a new tab. Click on My Locations.

You will then see an overview of your locations. Click on the button New to add a new external warehouse.

In the next screen, fill in all fields, and click Submit. An email will be sent to the Member Administration at Royal Flora Holland. They will implement the change, and it will be sent to Floricode.

Every Friday, Floricode processes new registrations. As Floriday uses the information present at Floricode, you will be able to use the new external warehouse in Floriday the following Friday.

Delete an external warehouse

To delete an external warehouse, log in again to the Royal FloraHolland website.

Once you are logged in, click on Company Details under the heading My Details.

The Company Details page will now open in a new tab. Click on My Locations.

Now click on the external location and in the next screen click on Delete, after which the respective location will be deleted.

After requesting the deletion, this is passed on to Floricode. Every Friday, Floricode processes new changes to warehouses. Given that Floriday gets the location data from Floricode, the warehouse will be removed from Floriday on the following Friday.

Add an internal warehouse

Report a location on a Royal FloraHolland site in Aalsmeer, Honselersdijk, Rijnsburg or Eelde to the Contact Center of Royal FloraHolland. You can do this by sending an email to contactcenter@royalfloraholland.com (please state the location in question).

The Contact Center will forward your request to the appropriate location, which will then process the request at Floricode.com.
