In the Floriday catalog, you can add caretips to your items. Your buyers can then pass on these caretips to their customers by mentioning them on the webshop, for example.
Creating Caretips
Go to Catalog > caretips and click on the yellow button: 'Create new caretips'.
Name the caretip and indicate whether it applies to the consumer or to transportation.
Go to the next step and click here on the button '+ Add new caretip'.
Choose what type of tip you want to add, for example 'water needs'.
Select the right tip.
Add information and click on 'save' at the top right.
Click on 'add items' and select the items to which this caretip applies. Then click on 'save' at the bottom of the screen.
The caretip is now complete and will be stored in Floriday. You can add several caretips for different items.
