As a grower, you have the option to set the order in which deliveries are auctioned on the clock yourself. This setting can be found via the Settings button on the Suppy > Clock > Supply.

You have 4 options here:

  • Sequence based on delivery notes

  • Sequence based on primary characteristic

  • Sequence based on clock pre-sale price and primary characteristic

  • Sequence based on manually determined characteristics

In the Sequense based on manually determined characteristics option, you can set how you want deliveries to be auctioned for each auction group.

Please note!

For plants, this applies to all RFH locations; Aalsmeer, Naaldwijk & Rijnsburg.

For flowers, this applies to Naaldwijk and Rijnsburg. At Aalsmeer, this is only possible for clock C06. On clock C06, the following cut flowers are auctioned: Alstroemeria, Anthurium, Cymbidium, Orchid, Strelitzia, Phaleanopsis.

You can set a default sorting based on characteristics for each auction group. You do this by clicking Change default sorting.

A screen appears where a number of characteristics are listed. You can also select multiple characteristics, sorting them in depth. All characteristics can be sorted up or down.

Besides being able to set the default sorting, you can also manually change the order within the auction groups by dragging the line. If you do this and create a new delivery later, it will be added at the bottom. You can then put it back in the right place manually.
