Orderpicking opens up multiple possibilities. As a grower, you can customize the order in which your items are auctioned on the clock. This setting can be found via the Settings button on the Suppy > Auction > Supply.
You have 4 options here:
Sequence based on delivery notes
Sequence based on primary characteristic
Sequence based on clock pre-sale price and primary characteristic
Sequence based on manually determined characteristics
In the Sequense based on manually determined characteristics option, you can set how you want deliveries to be auctioned for each auction group.
Please note!
This option applies to:
RFH Naaldwijk – all flower and plant auction groups
RFH Rijnsburg – all flower and plant auction groups
RFH Aalsmeer – all plant auction groups, only the flower auction groups from this overview: Order Picking | Royal FloraHolland
You can set a default sorting based on characteristics for each auction group. You do this by clicking Change default sorting.
A screen appears where a number of characteristics are listed. You can also select multiple characteristics, sorting them in depth. All characteristics can be sorted up or down.
Besides being able to set the default sorting, you can also manually change the order within the auction groups by dragging the line. If you do this and create a new delivery later, it will be added at the bottom. You can then put it back in the right place manually.
Setting the location order for auctioning plants
At this moment tests are being done to set a preference for the location order for centrally auctioning plants.
