Managing a sub-location
For each warehouse, you can set different sub-locations.
Go to Stock > Warehouses and click on the relevant location for which you want to set the sub-location.
Click the Manage sub-locations icon.
Click New sub-location.
Set the name and, if required, the colour of the different sub-locations for this warehouse.
After creating a sub-location, you have the option to download a QR code. Make sure you do this and attach it to the ground, wall or anything else you can properly attach it to.
Linking lot(s) to a sub-location
After creating a sub-location, you have the option to download a QR code. Make sure you do this and attach it to the ground, wall or anything else you can properly attach it to.
In the event the scanner is broken/not working, there is always an option to do so temporarily through the screens.
Once you have scanned both of them and they are linked, you will be able to see this at Supply > Stock. Each line shows which sub-location it is at.
