Removed stock location on delivery terms

Delivery conditions now also show whether a deleted stock location is used. You can then deselect this when editing the delivery condition and then save.

Creating a clock delivery

When creating a clock delivery, a warning is now shown if you use customer-specific items. We want to close this soon so that only regular articles can be used.

Requests locked

Requests where the customer has entered a price himself will be locked immediately after acceptance by the grower. This prevents the grower from unwanted price changes.
