Inclusion of prices in an offer

Taking over prices with an offer now also uses catalogue prices by default.

New layout direct letter

The preference for displaying the article name or article code is now also applied to the *new Direct letter. Also, the abbreviated article name is now always displayed here in bold.

*This letter is being phased over at growers. You may therefore not yet have the new Direct letter. You will have this new letter within a few weeks.
