You can fill in the Minimum price field when completing the clock letter. The individual minimum price is the price you set as a grower per batch. With a minimum price, you determine what is the lowest price you will still accept for your product. In doing so, you can take into account your cost price. If the clock price falls below this price, the product will not be sold (and destroyed).
Why do you enter an (individual) minimum price?
From 1 January 2024, the collective minimum price expired and growers will be asked to provide an individual minimum price per batch.
Entering the minimum price is a mandatory field in Floriday
If no minimum price is included, it will default to €0.01 .
The individual minimum price is adjustable per batch. The individual minimum price allows the grower to set his own minimum price and is an individual minimum price for a batch.
Lots
Batches below the individual minimum price will be withdrawn and destroyed.
How do you fill in this field?
Passing along a minimum price a fixed part when completing your clock letter. You have 2 choices for this:
You can set the default minimum price. Here you have the option of entering a minimum price that applies to all items.
There is also the option to enter a minimum price per item.
1. Entering a minimum price that applies to all items
When setting the minimum price for all items by default, go to Supply > Clock > Clock presale > the three dots > Settings.
You can then set this by default by setting a default minimum price for all items. It is also possible to set a default minimum price per item.
Note! Filling in the minimum prices by default is useful if you also submit in Floriday or if you use a software package linked to the API for this component. For software packages still using the EAB, this is not included in the clock delivery.
2. Enter a minimum price per item
There is also the option to enter the minimum price when creating an auction letter (Supply > Clock > Create auction letter), first fill in the details below:
Once you have added an item, the Minimum price will appear. In Floriday, this is called: Min. price. You can optionally enter an individual minimum price per lot. If the clock price falls below that, the product will not be sold (and destroyed).
Note: Do not confuse this field with the clock presale price!
Tip! Fix it with the drawing pin right away. Conveniently, you can use a drawing pin to record this minimum price directly with the item so you don't have to enter it for this product next time.
