Multi-select checkboxes for promos

Multi-select checkboxes have been added to promos so you can easily remove multiple promos.

Hiding items in catalog prices

When hiding items in catalog prices a notification pops up. In this notification is now also added that term prices do not automatically expire. So the user should take this into account if they are using term prices.

Filtering with repacking orders

In the Pick Orders screen an additional filter has been added that allows you to hide orders that are not yet linked to a sub-location. That way you can skip printing stickers for those orders.
