It is now possible to apply tiered pricing when making an offer. This means you can use a different unit price per purchase quantity (package, tray, load carrier). Buyers can view the tiered prices and order via Direct purchasing (your shop).

This page explains the following actions:

  • Make an offer applying tiered pricing

  • Tiered pricing on offers for the buyer

Make an offer applying tiered pricing

Go to Supply > Direct Sales > Offers > New offers, and enter information concerning the offer (Name, ordering term, customers, any references, etc.).

Tick the box for 'Volume discount prices'.

Add trade items, enter quantity and prices per item for the various purchase quantities (package, tray, load carrier).

Save the offer so that it can be sent to the chosen buyers.

Volume discount pricing on offers for the buyer

The buyer receives your offer and can view it in your shop via Floriday. You can of course also share the link with the buyer, so they can order even more quickly.

An offer with volume discount prices looks like this for the buyer:

The buyer thus clearly sees that the price lowers at the moment they order more items.

This example shows 9 packages on one tray and three layers on a trolley.

  • When the buyer orders fewer than 9 packages, the shopping basket automatically shows the package price (€0.60 per item in the case of the upper item).

  • When the buyer orders at least 9 and up to 26 packages, then they are charged the reduced price (€0.58 per item in the case of the upper item).

When the buyer orders 27 or more packages, they automatically get the trolley price (€0.55 per item in the case of the upper item).

The contents of the shopping basket looks like this for the buyer:
