When you create an delivery form, you may want to make some changes later. The updated auction functionality in Floriday allows you to correct and cancel delivery forms, even if they have already been sent to the auction.The following steps are explained on this page:
Correcting a delivery form
In the Floriday menu, go to Fulfilment > Delivery Orders > Delivery forms.
Here you can see an overview of all the delivery forms you have created. You can select whether you want to view the overview by day, week or month. You can also filter by auction location and search by form number.
Search for the form you want to correct and click on it.
You will now be able to see the contents of the form and make any desired corrections (such as changing the number of packaging units). When you have made the change, you can click on the blue button underneath: Submit corrections.
Please note: You cannot correct the auction location, auction group or auction date.
The correction will now be sent to the auction and you’ll be able to print out the new delivery form. You do this by clicking on the Delivery form button and then on the printer button.
To check wether the correction was successful, go back to the overview of your Delivery forms. You do this by going to Fulfillment > Delivery orders > Overview in the Floriday menu.
If the status of the EAB is ‘processed’ (2 green check marks in the overview), this means the correction has been applied successfully.
Cancelling a delivery form
In the Floriday menu, go to Fulfilment > Delivery Orders > Delivery forms.
Here you can see an overview of all the Delivery forms you have created. You can select whether you want to view the overview by day, week or month. You can also filter by auction location and search by form number.
Search for the form you want to delete.
Click on the three dots next to the form and select ‘delete’ from the drop-down menu. The delivery form has now been deleted and cancelled.
