You can create a tag (label) for a specific group of items in Floriday. By selecting items and saving them as tags, you can easily add them as a group when creating a special offer, for example.

How to create a tag for articles?

Go to Catalog > Trade items and click on the Tag icon.

In the next screen, you can edit existing tags by clicking the three dots next to them. In this case, we're creating a new tag. To do this, click Add trade item tag.

Enter a name for the new tag and click Add items to organize the trade items you want under this tag.

Where can you use a tag?

In all places where you can add an article, you can use the tag for articles. You can do this at

  • Contracts

  • Offers

  • Deliveries

When you click Add/Select items, a screen appears where you can select trade items. In the top left corner, you can also select items from a saved tag.

You can also make changes or save trade items as new tags while selecting trade items. In the upper right corner, you'll see a Save as tag button to save or update the selected items as tags.

You will then be given the option to overwrite an existing tag or save the selection as a new tag.
