As a grower, you can have different types of offers online, at catalogue prices and lot prices or through an offer or buying tip. For this, the Supply overview provides a clear view of what offers you have online for buyers.

In the table you can find the following information:

  • Article: Here the name of the respective article is displayed.

  • Status: The status of a product is indicated here by means of a bullet. A green bullet means that the item is available, a red bullet that the item is not available and a black bullet shows that the item has been removed. The availability slider shows that these are list prices.

  • Period: This column shows in which period the item is available.

  • Type: This shows which type of product it concerns: an item from the catalogue prices, from the lot prices, an offer or a purchase tip

  • Number of items

  • Price

  • Customers: This number shows how many customers the product is set for. By clicking on the line, you can see which customers it concerns

  • Load

By clicking on the line, in addition to the different customers, you will see more information about the item, such as when it was added, the last change made and what the stock location is.

When you click on the three dots, you can choose to filter on this article. In that case, the screen will show only this article.

A number of other filter options have been added at the top of the table. These filter options allow you to perform a quick and targeted search. For instance, you can search via the search function, you can select the specific item, you can search for a certain customer or a certain type of direct sale. In addition, you can select a specific date and/or time. And when you click on the filter icon, you can filter on different properties.

Please note that contract offers are not shown in the offer overview.
