Supply overview

As a grower, you can list various types of supply online, such as catalog prices and Batch prices, or specific offers and purchasing tips. The Supply overview provides a clear summary of the supply currently available to buyers.

The supply overview provides a clear view of the supply you have available online for buyers. In this overview, you can easily search and filter by specific trade item or by the supply available to a specific customer. You can find the supply overview via Supply > Direct sales > tab Supply overview.

For each trade item, you can see the price (or price segment) at which it is offered. The price may vary depending on whether you use different price groups with distinct prices or work with different types of supply, such as batch prices and special customer offers.

Additional filter options have been added above the table. You can search by keyword or filter by a specific customer, status, or type of direct sale. You can also select a specific date and/or time to view what is available on that particular day.

The status of the supply line is important. If you have entered a price and quantity but the toggle is set to 'unavailable', the supply line will not be visible to the buyer.

You can choose from three different statuses using the status filter:

By clicking on a trade item, you can see the different supply lines for the item in question. For each supply line you can see the price, the type of offer and to which customers it applies. Depending on the selected columns, you will see the other information of the supply line.

By clicking on the individual supply, a window appears displaying all information about the offer line and the buyers to whom it applies:

Is it a special customer offer? Then you can go directly to the customer offer in question by clicking the link next to Type:

Using the column selector on the right, you can determine which columns to display for a supply line and in what order:

By checking a box for a specific property, it is displayed in the supply line; you can then use the arrow at the end to move the column forward or backward. This allows you to create a custom view of the supply lines containing the information relevant to you.
