In Floriday, you log in with an email address. This is your username. Your email address is also used to send notifications and is displayed in the organization details (when you make your profile public). In this article, we explain where you can find your email address and name and how to change them.
Email address in your Floriday account
Via Settings > Account, you can see the email address under which you are known. You cannot change this email address yourself.
Using the option Make profile information public, you can indicate that buyers and colleagues can view your email details.
Change the email address to log in to Floriday
Do you want to change your email address because you want to log in to your account with a different email address? You can indicate this to our support by phone, chat, or by sending an email to support@floriday.io.
Change email address in the MyRFH environment
To change this, go to My Account at www.royalfloraholland.com. If you cannot figure it out, you can contact your account manager or the Customer Contact Center of Royal FloraHolland.
