Via Settings you can link frequently used applications to Floriday via the Apps and integrations. On the left side of the screen, you will then find the apps and click on them to access these applications. You can also use this route to link to your current software program, as long as it supports a connection to Floriday.

In this article you will find the following information:

Apps and Integrations

Within Floriday, you can link to various applications (Apps) made available by RFH and links with software suppliers (Integrations).

Apps are programs with functionalities that add value to working with Floriday and often have a link to the data in Floriday. In Insights, for example, it is possible to retrieve extensive market information or show an overview of yields. The apps are sometimes paid apps. Check the websites of the apps themselves to get more information about this and to see if there are additional costs involved.

Integrations are links to various software packages. These are often software packages that growers already work with. These packages can retrieve the data from Floriday and, for example, show articles or processed orders in Floriday again. This way, as a grower, you can continue to use your trusted software package, but the data flow goes in the background via Floriday (this is necessary to be able to handle financial transactions via Royal FloraHolland).

How do I add an app to Floriday?

Under Apps & Integrations you can find various applications from various software parties. By choosing the desired application you can make a connection to Floriday.

Using the three dots at the upper right corner and choose Settings > Apps & Integrations. On the left choose Apps. Here you can see which apps are now linked and which are still available to link.

Select the desired application from the list or via the search field on the right.

Press the Add Application button to add the App.

The application is now being added. When linking, an API key (a unique key) may be shown. You often need to enter this somewhere in the app's software or give it to the software supplier to complete the link. Save this API key, because it is only shown once.

You can copy this API key by clicking on the two squares on the right:

How do I make a connection to my own software?

Via Apps & Integrations you can link your current software program to Floriday. Before doing this, we advise you to first contact the software supplier to see if this is already possible and if further actions are required. In order to link to Floriday, an API Key is required for the software supplier. If the software supplier asks for this, you can find it in the following way:

Using the three dots at the upper right corner and choose Settings > Apps & Integrations. On the left choose Integrations. Here you can see which software is now linked and which are still available to link.

On the left choose Integrations. Here you can see which software is now linked and which are still available to link.

Click on the correct software manufacturer and choose Add Integration.

The API key that now appears can be given to the software supplier. Please note! This API key is shown once and cannot be found later in Floriday. Save it if you think you will need it later. If no API key is shown when linking, it will not be necessary to pass it on or save it.

Note!

If your software supplier is not listed in the integrations, but you do want to connect, you can refer your software supplier to the page for developers. A registration form can also be filled out here and more information is available about the costs of connecting via the API.

How do I remove an application or link?

Via Apps and Integrations you can link different software. But via the same way you can also remove links.

Using the three dots at the upper right corner and choose Settings > Apps & Integrations. On the left choose Apps or Integrations. Here you can see which apps and integrations are now linked to Floriday.

Select your application or software manufacturer from the list of linked programs and click on it.

Press the button of the trashcan on the buttom to delete this application. Then a pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the deletion.

The application or software connection has now been removed from Floriday. This means that Floriday and the program in question no longer have a connection.

Please note!
When you remove an app or link, you do not cancel the subscription of the app or software in question. If you also want to cancel a subscription, you must inform the software supplier in question.
