After creating a clock EAB in Floriday, you may want to make some changes later on. If the EAB has not yet been sent, you can make changes easily in Floriday. Once the EAB has been sent, you need to cancel it and create a new EAB to make a change.

The following steps are discussed on this page:

Modifying the Clock EAB if it has not yet been sent

You have created a Clock EAB, but have not sent it yet. You can still make changes in Floriday. Proceed as follows:

On the left in the Floriday menu, go to Fulfilment > Delivery Orders.

Under ‘Created Delivery Orders’, select the clock delivery you wish to edit (click to open the delivery).

Make the necessary changes. On the bottom right, click ‘Save’.

Under ‘processing delivery orders’, you can then save and ship the clock delivery at the desired time.

Cancelling the Clock EAB

You have created and sent a Clock EAB. It can no longer be modified. In order to make a change, you need to delete the EAB and create a new one. Proceed as follows:

On the left in the Floriday menu, go to Fulfilment > Fulfilled orders.

Search for the clock delivery you wish to delete.

Click the 3 dots to the right of the clock delivery and then click ‘delete'.

The EAB has now been cancelled and you can create a new one.

Tip: When deleting the EAB, Floriday will show the following message:

This will cancel the EAB sent. You can process the delivery again or delete the delivery.

If you leave the checkbox in this message unchecked, the delivery will be saved. You can no longer modify the saved delivery, but you can copy it to create the new delivery with ease. Go to Fulfilment > Delivery Orders and search for the delivery order. Click the 3 dots on the right and then click ‘copy’. You can now make the changes in the copy and resend the EAB.
