Additional VBN product information

Extra VBN information has been added for items, containing details such as the code, product group, validity, and abbreviated name. You can retrieve this information from the offer details screen or the catalog via the 'i' icon.

Daily Prices: various improvements

Several improvements have been implemented within the Daily Prices feature for flower growers:

  • When tracking items, you can now also work with price markups and discounts.

  • Use the column selector to show or hide trade item codes and package surcharges.

  • Using percentages, you can set the maximum quantities per price group.

  • In addition to the shop, you can now also create a manual order for a customer.

  • You can now limit the delivery period via the Daily Prices settings screen.

  • For deviating quantities, you can now also set 0% if you do not want to offer anything for a specific price group.

Create an offer based on a batch forecast

It is now possible to create a customer offer based on a batch forecast. With this offer, the buyer can purchase the product even though no batch has been linked to it yet. You can assign the batch afterwards, for the placed sales orders. Only after the batches have been assigned does the logistics process start and the delivery for the sales orders can be created.

Additional filter on how the order was created

You can now also filter sales orders based on how orders were created:

  • via Floriday screens

  • via an API connection

  • via a VMP connection

Easier searching by trade item code or name

For sales orders, you can also search by part of the item code or name.

Filtering for growers affiliated with a sales organization

Via the sales order overview, it is now possible for sales organizations to filter by the suppliers affiliated with them.

Additional filtering options per order line
For sales orders, you can now select an order and quickly set filters using the three dots at the end. This allows you to quickly view all orders from that one customer, that item, or that stock location, for example.

Better indication of expired deliveries
In the overview of outstanding deliveries, we will now use an indicator to more clearly show which deliveries have expired.

Collection improvements

The screen for editing item collections has been improved. It is also possible to search for items within the collection.

Sales organizations can set up VMP connections for customers
As sales organizations, you can now also set up VMP accounts for customers. All supply from the sales organization will then be transferred through that connection as soon as they are accepted by the customer.

Notification if old stock is located at an external InStore location

A new notification has been added indicating whether you have old stock (3 days and older) at an external InStore location. This is useful for Daytrade growers who use InStore.
