Feedback concern articles

Receive feedback from buyers about your catalog

Buyers can report missing information or incorrect properties concerning trade items when viewing your products. When they do this, a message appears under Catalog > Feedback.

On the Dashboard, you will also see a task regarding a feedback-notification:

Click on this task or go to Catalog > Feedback tab.

On the page, you will see a description of the feedback and which trade item it concerns:

Using the Edit button, you can go directly to your article and adjust any missing or incorrect information.

Note!

Don't forget to save this new version after editing your article.

Next, you can mark the feedback as done by clicking the button Mark as completed. The buyer will then also see on their end that this feedback has been handled.

Do you disagree with the feedback? Then you can reject the remark by clicking the Reject feedback button and optionally providing the buyer with a reason why you believe the feedback is incorrect.
