Option to turn off price suggestions
It is now possible to turn off price suggestions for Clock Pre-sales. The new option No price suggestions has been added for this purpose. This can be selected via the price suggestion settings in the Clock Pre-sales screen or via the Preferences screen. This preference setting is saved per user.
Daytrade: set the minimum number of packages for the auction in one go
In Daytrade > Auction Location, it is now possible to set the minimum number of packages for the auction for multiple lines at once. You can choose between absolute numbers or a percentage based on the initial number of the batch.
Flowers: move batch to new date
In the inventory screens, it is now possible to mark a batch as sold out and transfer the remaining stock to a new batch on a different date. This option is called Move batch to date.
Checking buyer trade settings when creating an order
Buyers can indicate in the Trade Settings that they wish to trade with FSI-certified growers. This trade setting is checked when creating direct deliveries and planned sales orders.
Updated Statistics page available
The updated Statistics for My Shop are now available to everyone. Through this page, more information can be retrieved regarding visits and usage of My Shop. This insight can help you explore new business opportunities.
Set up direct app access for new colleagues
It is now possible to choose which apps a new colleague receives immediate access to when creating the invitation to Floriday. Only the apps that are actually linked to the Floriday environment are displayed. This does not apply to integrations with software packages.
Manage user settings
Managing permissions for a colleague has now been expanded. For each module, an Administrator can now use a single checkbox at the top to configure whether a user has access to all permissions in that module, including any potential future additional functionalities. Additionally, the permissions can also apply only to the selected sections. New functionalities in the future will then need to be checked separately.
Easy refresh with changed permissions
Previously, when an Administrator granted you custom or extended permissions, you had to log in again to make these changes take effect. Now, you can easily reset access via the Refresh Permissions option in the user menu. The correct permissions will then be in effect.
