Filter items by sales organization
When you're a grower and part of a sales organization, you can filter the trade item overview by sales organization. This is especially useful for checking whether you've configured the sales organization correctly for all trade items.
New: Market Overview screen
A Market Overview is now included below the clock feed screen, providing an overview of the various batches offered at different auction locations.
Daytrade: Duplicating batches has been improved
Duplicating batches for the following day in Daytrade has been improved. The displayed batches are now sorted according to your sorting preferences, a search function has been added, and you can now choose whether to use the initial batch quantities instead of the current quantities.
Daytrade: create a manual order
Growers can now also place their own Daytrade orders. A Manual Daytrade order can be created using the three dots in the From Garden screen.
Green coins icon also displayed for clock transactions
For clock and clock pre-sale transactions, (green) coin icons are now also displayed to indicate the settlement.
Shop visits with or without supply
On the My shop statistics page, you can see when your customers visit your shop. You can now filter by All visits, With supply and Without supply. This gives you insight into when customers visited your shop when there was no supply available.
Setting opening hours for My Shop
You can set opening hours for My shop. You can choose between 24/7 open (always), temporarily closed (for seasonal growers), and closed during certain times (for example, during the auction process). If a buyer enters the shop while it's closed, they'll be notified accordingly. This allows you, as a (cut flower) grower, to ensure buyers know when they can expect your shop to be available and filled with supply.
My shop opening hours can only be set by the organization's administrator user.
Checklist added for My shop
A checklist for improving your shop has now been added to My shop > Marketing. Once you, as a grower, have completed all the steps, your shop can be promoted via a new timeline post. This post will then be shown to all buyers on Floriday.
When using a sales organization, you can deactivate your own shop
If the grower organization is part of a sales organization, the grower can choose what happens to visitors to their shop: no forwarding or forwarding to the sales organization. In the latter case, growers can deactivate their own store.
My shop's Sunday closure
The trading setting for closing the store on Sundays is now also available on the Marketing page of My shop. This setting will soon be removed from the Trade settings screen. See also above: Setting opening hours for My shop.
Sorting by number of stems per bunch
A new option has been added to the user-specific preferences for sorting order: Number of stems per bunch.
Making a VMP connection
Creating VMP connections for customers is now possible. This is especially useful for (flower) growers who currently manage direct one-to-one connections with customers in their own software. If you are interested in setting this up, please contact our support team: 0031-174-352070.
Shortcut to quickly switch between company numbers
Can you work with multiple administration numbers as a user? A shortcut has been added to quickly switch companies. Press Ctrl+K to open it and then select one of your administration numbers.
