Dashboard task: enter characteristics S62 and S98
To further enhance the product supply, we've added two dashboard tasks. If characteristics S98 (quality group) and S62 (country of origin) are missing, you'll be asked to add these characteristics to the catalog trade items.
Country of origin (S62) also required when copying a trade item
The characteristic S62 (country of origin) is now also required when copying trade items.
Loading packaging configurations codes 990, 992, and 994 adjusted
The default configuration for packaging codes 990, 992, and 994 has been adjusted. When adding or editing an item, the default packing configurations now assumes 10 packages per layer instead of 11.
Settings Batch photos moved
The Batch photos feature will be removed as a separate menu item, and batch photos can now be replaced via the Supply screen. Because the menu item is disappearing, a dedicated location for the settings is needed. The settings of the Batch photos screen has now been moved to Settings > Preferences and is now located under the heading Batch photo feature under Organization-wide preferences.
Availability-based customer offers take stock planning into account
If you've set the supply type to Based on availability for customer offers or requests (responses), stock planning is now also taken into account.
Offer Daytrade batches directly after creating batches
You can offer batches directly for Daytrade when creating batches. This can be done immediately after creating, via the three dots or by selecting the checkbox for the item and then choosing Supply > Offer through Daytrade. The Daytrade supply lines will be created for the next auction date/distribution day. If there is already supply in Daytrade, a notification will appear.
Option to edit batch photos before saving
When creating an clock delivery form or using the clock supply screen, you can edit an uploaded photo before saving it as a new batch photo.
Auction sequence can be determined based on characteristics S21 and S22.
When setting the auction sequence of the batches based on characteristics, it is now also possible to use S21 (Weight average) and S22 (Minimum number of buds cut flowers).
Adding additional services to a customer offer
When creating a customer offer, you can now link additional services to it. These services will then be automatically added when the buyer orders on this customer offer. If they are optional, you don't link them, and the buyer can choose whether or not to include them. The cost of the additional services can be incorporated into the price by recalculating the price per piece at the bottom.
Provide a load carrier reference when fulfilling deliveries
To improve Track & Trace data, growers can now manually set a load carrier reference (load carrier ID) in the fulfillment screen. This allows additional orders in separate deliveries to be linked to the same load carriers.
Adjust loading and unloading locations in transport information
In fulfilled orders, you can see any transport orders under the Transport tab. It is now possible to adjust the loading and unloading locations of a transport order.
