From the Catalog prices in Floriday, you can set the availability of your trade items. Here, numbers and prices can be entered for the whole year. Use the availability slider to indicate whether the trade item is actually available and can be ordered, or whether it is unavailable.

The following topics will be covered:

Availability of your articles

By entering prices and quantities on Floriday, you create your supply. Using the availability slider, you indicate whether the trade item is available or not. The availability slider is adjustable by week (where previously it was one slider for the current and upcoming week). As a result, you now see an availability slider for each week in the year. As this can now be set on a weekly basis, it is possible to specify exactly which weeks supply is available and in which weeks no supply is available.

In Floriday, go to Supply > Direct sales > Catalog prices. You can find the list of trade items here. Use the slider to indicate the availability.

When no quantities and/or prices are entered, no availability slider is shown. In that case, there is no availability to indicate. In the weekly overview, you can enter availability, quantities, and prices per week.

When you hover over the availability slider in the weekly overview, a small overview of the next four weeks is shown, displaying the availability you have set. This makes it clear that the sliders can be adjusted individually per week.

Please note!
The pop-up with the overview of the availability for the coming 4 weeks is for visual purposes only. The sliders cannot be adjusted in this pop-up. You can do this in the weeks itself.

In addition to the weekly overview, there is now also the Term overview. You can find this between the Week and Year tabs. In the Term Overview, you can manage availability, prices, and quantities for the next four weeks.

Only the base price is shown in the Term overview. If you use calculated price groups, the prices are filled automatically based on the base price. Any manual price groups must be entered in the Weekly Overview.

Override availability per customer

By clicking the three dots next to a trade item, you have the option to override the availability per customer (previously Availability filters). You can choose to disable the supply for specific customers while keeping it enabled for others, or enable it for specific customers while disabling it for the rest. At the top, you can set up onto which week this setting applies.

If you have the availability slider on for everyone, but have excluded two customers, you will see an icon in the overview.

You can also do this for multiple items at once. Select multiple items by clicking the checkbox next to each item. A green bar will appear at the bottom where you can click on Quick Actions. From there, you will have the option to override availability per customer.

Set availability period

In the weekly overview, you can set the Availability Period. This allows you to set availability for multiple weeks at once. You select either Available or Not Available, and then choose up to which week this applies. If any weeks already have an availability set, they will be overwritten.

Availability for future supply

If you want to enter prices and quantities for multiple weeks, you can use the Forward prices function. This way, you can enter prices and quantities for several weeks ahead. However, the availability slider ensures that there is a supply or not.

Please note!

When you enter quantities and prices using the forward pricing function, the supply will default to Available; the availability slider will then be automatically enabled.

Copy availability by week

You can easily copy availability (and/or numbers and prices) from another week. Click on the arrow next to Copy week ...

Then click on Copy week .. . The data will be copied as you indicated. Please note here that availability is transferred immediately. If you've also created customer exceptions for availability, these will be included as well. After copying the information, you must save it in the lower right corner.
