Draft standing order task notification
If a standing order from a contract is saved as a draft and not yet finalized, a task will be displayed on the Dashboard to complete it.
Date last modified for price groups
In the price group overview, you can now see when a price group was last modified.
Overview of known non-auction and early auction days
The Calendar now provides an overview of all known non-auction and early auction days. This is shown for all auctions. Any public holidays are also shown as non-auction days.
Seasonal availability filter added
A Season availability filter has been added to Catalog Prices. This allows you to filter by items that are in or out of season for the currently selected week.
Daytrade: corrections option
With Daytrade, you can now also make corrections for the number of packages that haven't yet been fulfilled in a delivery. After the correction, the number of packages in the sales strategy (From garden) is automatically increased.
Daytrade: filter by priced batches
An additional filter has been added to the From garden screen: Show only offered Daytrade lines. This way, you only see the batches for which you have entered a price.
Daytrade: maximize your sales opportunities with the Purchasing Power Meter
A purchasing power calculator has been added to the From garden in Daytrade. This allows growers to see how much purchasing power they can utilize at specific times from specific hubs. This calculator is also packed with tips and can be accessed via the info icon at the top.
Adjusted display of corrections and cancellations
The Correction overview for sales orders has been updated. The most important details are immediately visible in the line item; additional information is only displayed when you click on the line item.
New feature: Order progress
The Order progress tab provides growers with an overview of deliveries and their progress. This is also a useful overview if you use an external warehouse. Owners of the external warehouse can accept certain orders (for example, if delivery conditions prevent them from being processed) to be sent along with a scheduled transport. Deliveries are grouped by region so that when a buyer orders from multiple boxes, they are placed in a single delivery group and therefore all count towards the minimum delivery quantity.
Correcting deliveries to an external stock location
You can correct deliveries already in an external warehouse after they have been processed. This allows you to, for example, change the number of packages in a delivery so you can fulfill the remaining quantity in another delivery.
Displaying the number of load carriers and priority in Statistics
If you're using Preparation, you can see in Statistics how many load carriers are expected to arrive on a selected date. This also shows the number of load carriers with priority and the number of load carriers per delivery time.
Track & trace information from RFH Hubs now visible
For a fulfilled order, you can now see whether it has been scanned by Royal FloraHolland when you open it. It will show whether the goods were Received at dock or Delivered to customer.
Ability to make a counter-offer for an order request
If you receive an order request, you can now accept and decline it, as well as reject it with a counter-offer. The buyer will then see a Customer offer with your counter-offer in response to the order request.
Filter added for matched order requests
A new filter has also been added to Order Requests, allowing you to see which order requests have been automatically matched.
