You can easily filter all wishes or your own inserted wishes on the roadmap.
Preference setting to keep Logistic handling empty
In the preference setting for the Logistic handling (Settings > Preferences > Fulfillment > Logistics fulfillment), you can now also select 'Default not selected'. This ensures that it always keeps this option empty when creating a letter.
Preference setting to leave length, weight, maturity properties blank
In the Display variants (Settings > Preferences > Display > Display of variants) preference you have the option to leave only length, weight and maturity blank.
Standard 5 properties in stock
For the properties shown in the stock location under Offer > Stock, 5 properties are now shown by default.
Multi-select to select clock loads in repacking screen
When you are going to repack an item (Supply > Stock > Warehouse location), by selecting the item under Transform you can click on Transformtrade item. When you want to repack items to clock loads, selecting the item will give you a green bar at the bottom that says Select clock packing configuration. For all selected items, it changes the load to the clock load you select in the catalogue.
Adopt available prices in the offer
When creating an offer, you have the Adopt available prices option. By default, it was on offer and list prices. Now it remembers what you last used on the device.
Adopt available quantities in the offer
When creating an offer, if quantities are available from an item, you can now copy these quantities.
A list of totals at the bottom of the offer
In the offer, you will now see at the bottom a list of the total number of packaging and the total amount.
Option to set delivery terms on quarters
In the delivery terms, you can set the order days to quarters.
Option to copy existing delivery terms
When you click on the three dots at your delivery terms, you have the Copy delivery terms option. This allows you to easily copy the information contained in these delivery terms and just re-enter the name and customers.
Pausing deliveries by stock location
Within the delivery conditions (Supply > Direct sales > Delivery conditions), you have the option to pause delivery. You can now set this separately for a warehouse, allowing you to pause delivery for certain warehouses.
When declining correction or cancellation request, provide a reason
When you receive a correction or cancellation request, you can reject it. You now have the option to decline a correction request and provide a reason directly via Floriday Messenger.
Expiry of correction remembered per device
When making a correction or cancellation request, you can set an expiry time. It defaults to the next working day at 17:00. Now when you choose a different option here, it remembers this per device, so the next request will use the same expiry time.
Sorting visible when allocating batches of planned orders
When creating a scheduled order, you now see the properties with the item by default.
Share contract with URL to customer
You can now also easily share a created contract with your customer via a URL. You can also share it by clicking on the three dots next to a contract.
Option to order by contract on layers or load carriers
Within a contract, the purchase unit can now be put on layers or load carrier in addition to packaging or pieces. This also allows the buyer to call on this.
Save variant created via the clock delivery form flow as default
When you change a property when creating an auction letter, you have the option to save this item as a new default item. The next time you use this item, these properties will be used.
Delivery moment and time on SSCC label
The SSCC label will also show the delivery moment and time.
Do not make component properties jump when there is sufficient screen space
When using a larger screen, the properties now do not stagger in size and the optimal space is used.
Show total number of packaging in overview of deliveries
Open deliveries now also show the number of packaging under the lot.
Option to duplicate clock letter
From Fulfillment > Delivery orders > Clock delivery forms, you now have the option to duplicate a previously created auction letter. You click on the 3 dots at the auction letter and choose Copy delivery. You then have the option to choose the number of times you want to repeat the clock delivery form and for which auction date.
Please note!
When you create auction notes using batches you have already created, you cannot duplicate the clock delivery form.
Customer-specific items when creating delivery
When selecting items for delivery, you now have the option to filter by customer specific items only.
Note visible for Order requests
In order requests (Network > Requests > Order requests) you can now see by means of an icon whether a delivery note has been included. Hovering your mouse over this will show the actual comment.
Search by country of residence in the All clients network
Within Network > Network > All customers it is now also possible to search by the buyers' country of residence.
