As a grower, you cannot completely determine the sequence in which products are auctioned on the clock, but you can set a preference for the auction sequence.
This setting can be found via the Settings button on the Suppy > Clock > Supply page.
You have 3 options here:
Sequence based on delivery notes
Sequence based on primary characteristic
Sequence based on clock pre-sale price and primary characteristic
